Simply contact me via email or phone to schedule an initial consultation. During an initial consultation, we can discuss your needs and possible solutions.
Many matters can be handled remotely nowadays. However, I very much appreciate personal contact and would be happy to meet you at a shared-space provider, at your office or for a coffee in Zurich and the Rüschlikon area.
Swiss tax returns are typically due on 31 March of the following year (in the canton of Bern on 15 March). Extensions are usually granted before the deadline expires, at least until mid-year (in many cantons until autumn).
I will contact you annually via email to confirm which exact information and documents are required to ensure your worldwide income and wealth is correctly declared and all deductible interest, debts and deductions are claimed. The exact documents depend on your personal and financial circumstances. If you have any questions, please contact me.
With complete documents, processing time is usually 1-3 weeks. If information and documents are missing, I would contact you. Once the complete documents have been submitted, you will often receive your tax return within 2-4 business days. Express processing within 72 hours is available for an additional fee.
I review your case in detail and exclude income taxable abroad from Swiss taxation under progression. This is based on the applicable double tax or cross-border treaties with the concerned countries and to avoid double taxation.
Local payroll setup typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly authorities respond. ANobAG setups can take 4-8 weeks due to additional coordination with foreign employers and Swiss authorities.
I use different pricing models depending on the service:
Prices and scope of services are defined in advance.
Yes! Many initial consultations are free because I want to understand your situation first. For quick questions or short matters, there are usually no costs. For complex matters that require significant time, I will inform you in advance about any costs.
For one-time services such as tax returns, payment is usually due upon completion. For ongoing services such as payroll, monthly, quarterly and annual (in advance) invoicing is offered. You will receive an invoice from me with a QR payment slip with a payment term of 30 days.
For clients based abroad, an advance payment is agreed upon before work begins for first-time billing.
It depends on your income, wealth, family situation, and lifestyle preferences. Some cantons have significantly lower tax rates than others. I provide detailed tax simulations comparing different cantons to help you make an informed decision based on your specific circumstances.
I would be happy to discuss any further questions with you personally.
